There are very few people nowadays who are able to make contact with their inner man, to build harmonious relationship with their family and nature. If you meet such a person, you’ll see that he/she is a prosperous person, healthy and very happy. Long ago it was noticed that the most successful people who have made the distinguished career were those who were able to establish good relations, negotiate with other people.
There were civilizations in the millenniums-old history of humanity, flourishing in all respects. Many of them have left such masterpieces of architecture, which we are not able to repeat, and what is more, it is even difficult to understand how they arecreated.
Pyramids of Egypt, ancient cities in the Latin America, in the Southern Urals, in India are only a tiny part of the great achievements of our predecessors on this planet; there were lots and lots of them.
These civilizations were based on certain knowledge in their cognition of the world, given from above and lived in a harmony with the nature. This knowledge has been clearly stated and recorded in the ancient Aryan civilization; you can also find their influence among the Jews and Greeks, in ancient Arabic books. If we live in accordance with this knowledge, the stars will be on our side, the Universe will be our best friend, and every new day will give us health, good luck and happiness.

Ayurveda states that the health of a woman depends mainly on three things: optimum sleep, optimum diet and regulated sex. In my opinion, these are equally important for men too.
Although sleep is considered ignorance, it is still necessary for the proper functioning of our body. But the more a person is influenced by ignorance, the more he wants to sleep unnecessarily. People in sattva require less time for sleeping – medical research suggests that only four hours sleep is sufficient for most people. Although it is widely believed that we need to sleep at least eight hours daily, people with an interesting life and exciting goals often find they don’t need as much – especially if the sleep is properly regulated.
Sleep between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m. is the most valuable, since at this time the nervous system is resting and the long-term memory is not working. Therefore, a person in sattva tries to sleep at this time for optimum rest. We may note that in nature most species of life also sleep at this time; only modern tamasic-rajasic people are awake…
Take heed! The concept of “night owls” and “early birds” has developed only recently because in the past practically everyone was an early bird. Scientists in Canada –where perhaps the largest percentage of a country’s population suffer from insomnia – assert that all problems with insomnia began when people started to go to bed late.

The Ability to Live by the Soul’s Desires Means to be Healthy, Happy and Successful.
2.1. To be able to Hear One’s Heart, One must Stop Being a Slave of Baser Instincts.
If you have not found anything worth dying for, then you do not know how to live.
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
“You write a lot about the importance of having aspirations, and that this will make us happy. But I have a plethora of desires, yet I continuously remain unhappy, as many of my goals do not come to fruition. Even when some of them do materialize, I only become happy for a mere while.”
First of all, it is very important to distinguish between desires that originate from our true self and ones that are merely fabricated. Our mind will willingly accept everything that involves our own pleasure, and recoil from anything disagreeable to us. For example, as soon as you enter a room and see a cake, the senses of smell and sight seize upon it, sending a message to your mind: “This cake is freshly baked and delicious!” The mind’s reaction is instantly clear: “Go and enjoy it! Take as much as possible!” It does not care that it might possibly be unhealthy, or that there may be something else that should have priority at this moment, etc.
